We won’t deny it. We love winning awards. Other agencies may tell you that they don’t really mean anything; that they’re mere trinkets and fripperies; that they’re all well and good but…

Don’t believe a word of it. We don’t do nice work because it wins awards – we win awards because of the work we do. Indeed, creativity is at the heart of our offering because it works for our clients. The way we see it, if something impresses a judging panel, it’s already made your target audience sit up and take notice too. And the more people (clients and candidates alike) expect from recruitment communications, the more thought we’ll put into it.
