As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you’ll analyse marketing performance data and deliver insights to ultimately drive marketing strategy. Working across various channels and AIA products, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements and help us fulfill our commitment to our clients – to revolutionise the way companies connect with talent. What does a great Business Intelligence Data Analyst do?

· You will consult with internal teams to understand overall business objectives, expectations of AIA products and services (TB360, Programmatic Jobs, etc.), and specific use cases for each product. You’ll work with external clients to report and measure the success of meeting business objective goals, AIA products, and overall media performance.

· Develop meaningful metrics that communicate performance results tied to strategic objectives

· Provide quality analysis and reporting to assigned accounts, providing rationale to increase ROI

· Present reports and findings to key client stakeholders

· Be aware of other analytics solutions and/or vendors that clients’ may be utilizing and be able to educate and speak to the value of AIA analytics services by comparison

· Provide the rationale for media renewals, consulting how clients should use data to inform on their goals and identifying upsell opportunities

· Resolve discrepancies with data and instilling clients’ confidence in reporting abilities

· Present and explain tracking mechanics to non-tech audiences as needed

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure client retention

· Continually improve your knowledge of tools, data, AIA products, and best practices

· Proactive drive to take on ad hoc projects and spot opportunities to automate task

Additional Responsibilities:

· Expected to provide product and technical support to more junior members of the team

· Expected to continually improve his/her knowledge of tools, data, AIA products, and best practices

Required Skills & Requirements:

· Degree

· 3-5 years of experience with analytics and reporting

· 1-2 years of customer consulting experience

· Excellent presentation and critical thinking skills

· Advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau (Prep and Desktop), Excel, DoubleClick & Google Analytics

· Ability to simplify complex concepts and speak to customers with varying levels of analytics knowledge

· Knowledge of tracking systems and tools

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

· Specific knowledge of recruitment industry metrics and reporting

· Google Analytics certification or equivalent experience

· Google DoubleClick certification or equivalent experience

· Knowledge of social metrics (i.e., Facebook & YouTube insights)

· Knowledge of ATS systems and data integrations

· Experience with R beneficial but not essential

· Basic understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
